Cinnamon-Pear Dark Balsamic Condimento and Eureka Lemon Fused Olive Oil

Our pairing for December brings a fresh, light sweetness to the end of the year. Our Cinnamon-Pear Dark Balsamic Condimento has a warm, slightly spicy flavor over notes of D'Anjou Pear, and is an excellent complement to fresh fruit, salads, as well as nuts and sharp cheeses. The Eureka Lemon Fused Olive Oil is one of our staple infused oils, and its sparkling light citrus flavor pairs wonderfully with shrimp, poultry, and salads, as well as being excellent for baking.
